This Privacy Policy explains how KHouse Holdings LLC handles information in connection with the Thermal Relief Designer (“the Application”). We collect the minimum necessary to operate an account-gated engineering tool.
Your relief-study inputs and results stay in your browser. Project configurations are held in your browser’s local storage and in files you explicitly save or load. They are not transmitted to or stored on our servers.
We use account information to authenticate you, approve and manage access, send service-related communications, and provide support. We use aggregate analytics to improve the Application. We do not sell your personal information.
Authentication and account data are handled through Supabase (database and auth), transactional email is delivered through Resend, and the Application is hosted on Cloudflare. These providers process data on our behalf under their respective terms. Sign-in sessions are shared across KHouse Holdings LLC umbrella applications on the khousellc.com domain.
We use strictly necessary cookies to maintain your authenticated session. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
We retain account and legal-acceptance records for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account at any time.
Depending on your jurisdiction (including CCPA and GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
The Application is intended for professional users aged 18 or older and is not directed at children.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new version and effective date, and may require renewed acceptance.
